We’ve been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Idk who this lady is she seemed like a manager but she was the old lady at the front. She had such an attitude for no reason. Not only did I walk in and say hello because I felt like being nice. She was just plane nasty. This was Saturday morning btw so I hope someone can figure out who this lady was. But I will say a brunette girl who was working near the rack in the back was polite and nice and she would be a reason I would go back. But the store deserves a one star for that rude entry

considering the price of their products they should really either hire a new staff or train their employees to not create such a hostile environment. It is a little disturbing how every experience i have there is a bad one, because the products are good but the workers are driving away customers.

Well…I see from other reviews that I am not alone in receiving rude and condescending service at the Roosevelt Field, Garden City location of Lululemon. My experience was boarder line harassment. After being treated appallingly rude during my return/exchange transaction I left the store shaking with frustration and shock. Being that I had my 17 year old daughter with me (who by the way wears Lululemon leggings 7 days a week) I decided I needed to show my daughter that being treated like $&@$ is never ok. I went back to let the Store Manager know what happened. As I was trying to speak with her, I see the rude sales person storm over to “fold something” very close to me while also giving me a death stare. She very closely followed be on my way out of the store when I finished speaking with the manager. It was very obvious that she was attempting to intimidate me.Go to the Walt Whitman location if you need to purchase in store or better yet…buy online. I am not alone is saying I will never return to the Roosevelt Field store in Garden City.I am also reaching out to the Cooperate Office.
