I can’t say enough positive things about the Seward Chamber and their contributions to our community. Whether they’re organizing events, providing resources to visitors, supporting our local businesses, or creatively promoting our city, they always go above and beyond. I am so grateful for the prompt, professional, and productive responses I get every time I reach out to their staff. I also appreciate the purposeful and values-driven approach that the Chamber has taken in recent years towards making Seward a sustainable, equitable, and healthy community to live in and visit. Thank you for all that you do!

Wow what to say. if I was able to give minus zero numbers on their review I sure will do that. We stopped to get some information about the town and figure out what’s going to happen on Fourth of July celebration. We heard this is the best place in Alaska celebrates the 4th.We arrived it was a lady sitting in the front desk we politely wanted to ask her about places stuff to do around town she had absolutely zero tolerance to answer our question ,she was very rude ,very short in her answers like we literally interrupting her day and she was stopping and looking on the clock because she had another half hour to be there. We felt very uncomfortable . We pick up a few brochures by ourselves and left with that and there’s a few couples got to in and also wanted to know knowledge about the glaciers in tours around town – Again her answers was absolutely zero time to think and we saw their expression on their face was like are you really giving us this face – you are working for information center you representing town. We felt very uncomfortable and would definitely not recommend to go there. You have another few places visitor centers that you can find nicer people to get all your questions answered.( the lady on picture- is the one who don’t care for what you have to ask )!!!!
