I just recently bought a new mattress from this place I’ve been a customer for the past 10 years . The mattress was only good for one night I woke up with a headache because it was uneven the springs were messed up it was just overall bad experience with this mattress when I reach out to Joy. I don’t know if she’s a manager or she’s just a sales person but she is very rude she try to talk over me try to tell me to shut up and listen she’s overall rude I will never never buy anything from the store again and I would recommend anyone to buy anything from the store. They didn’t do anything to help me out now I’m stuck with a mattress and paying on it and they won’t do anything to help me out. The know that I’ve been a customer for 10 years I just can’t believe this is how they do business. The only thing she told me it was like you can do whatever you want we’re not gonna change your mattress you’re stuck with it pretty much deal with it.
