I’ve lived in Huntsville for 15 years, and today was my first visit to Big Bob Gibson BBQ. The rumors are true. This place is legit! We got the Pitroom Feast so we could sample several things. It’s all good, but the brisket was our favorite. I like the habanero sauce. It’s sweet, and I’m a sweet sauce kinda guy. The lemon ice box and pecan pies are also really good. Our food came out super fast, and the service was exceptional! We will definitely be back.

THE best barbecue in North Alabama. They have won countless awards and with good reason – no other barbecue stands a chance against Big Bob’s! I always get their pork, brisket, French fries, spicy wings, and Mac n’ cheese. All of the flavors are unique and all are delicious. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area.
