The staff is hands down best. We ship about 150 – 200 packages a day so we’ve been to many different UPS, FedEx, and USPS facilities. Nothing compares to the upbeat attitude of the staff and the kindness. They always greet my team and I with a smile, go the extra mile (I come in last minute sometimes and they run my box out to the UPS pickup truck), and always seem to be in a great mood. I come here daily and have never had a bad experience. Honestly I have never bothered leaving reviews good or bad for places but this UPS store is worth it. Thank you!

I am sure most are aware that on December 11, 2021 most all of us saw the chain-reaction crash that occurred on Interstate 35W in Fort Worth. Six people lost their lives and 65 others were injured. People lost children, husbands, wives and friends. Others were trapped in their vehicles. There were over 130 Vehicles involved some of which were 18 wheelers, which will affect deliveries. Then we have rolling blackouts with some having no heat or water for days on end. Most business have suffered some sort of impact by all of this and we as consumers need to take a breath and show some compassion. For those who are unaware our neighborhood UPS family owned store during this time has suffered their own difficulties because of all of these situations. They had pipes that burst and are diligently trying to clean up, as well as serve their clients. Hours of operation have had to fluctuate because of the weather, rolling blackouts and because of the busted pipes. And let us not forget they are humans as well and have suffered their own difficulties personally during this time. So, I am asking that we as consumers all take a breath count ourselves blessed and show empathy and support Store #6894. I love Sheryl and her family and crew so much. This is absolutely the BEST UPS store in N Dallas. I have used them throughout the pandemic to keep my business running.Drew, who is usually there in the mornings is amazing. I have shipped boxes and also had important legal documents on deadline, and he handled them/advised me PERFECTLY. (He even helped me save $$.) The store is clean and organized, and I appreciate that they are in masks. I’ve dropped in at least 2 other times to use the fax when my wifi was down. I can’t say enough good about Drew! In these uncertain times, its really important to know my stuff gets where it needs to be. These people know what they are doing. Thank you, Drew, for the extra time and expertise.
