Came here to get my first dose of the Covid shot. Being it was the first day shots were being administered, there were bound to be some hiccups. I thought the staff handled the first day issues extremely well and took the time with each patient to assure they were taken care of. I saw the staff deal with impatient and snarky customers and they still managed to maintain a smile and a good attitude. Hats off to the pharmacy staff!

Very poor service at this store. Employees in pharmacy stated none of the scripts my Dr office call in got there. Also stated they would of called if issue with filling scripts the week before I asked to be filled. I did not get any phone call, or voicemail from them at all. Spent over 20 minutes on hold and nobody would answer phone. It does not take over a week to order medicine if not in stock. Looked at other reviews and seems this store is poorly run and everyone also having same issues. Called corporate office to voice my opinion.

I have used this Walgreens for prescriptions exclusively since moving here 4 years ago. I will not be using them again after the complete lack of customer service and care I have received this week. I understand being out of a prescription, I was told to come back on Wednesday and it would be ready. I returned today, Thursday, and it was still out. In this time I did not receive an email, text, or phone call updating me of this information. I was told I could drive to Converse, like driving 30 minutes to another Walgreens was a suitable option. I was passed around to three different employees none of which actually listened to what I had to say. They then sent me to CVS. I asked that they call right away because I was driving straight there. When I got to CVS they had not been contacted. I realize these are stressful times for all, but please take the time to actually listen to your customers.
