Salesman was poorly trained. He had no knowledge of his products and was unable to give any of the specs on the phones in order to compare them. When he tried looking up processor speeds he gave up after googling for about 10 seconds. I really wish salesman would be more knowledgeable about their products.

The Verizon store has moved from North SM to South SM. The new location is next to best buy. Kind of a changle to get to it. If you’re coming from North, take the Wonder World Dr. exit, go under 35 and than turn into the first Lowe’s entrance. Continue like you’re going to BB. Follow the road to the right and go past Panera Bread. If you’re coming from South take the road between Verizon and Panera Bread. I went there today for help with my new Iphone and found the staff very helpful. I took some new picture and posted them here.JimI’ve been to the Verizon store in San Marcos several times and everytime it’s a pleasant experience. The people are always warm and friendly.
