Recently purchased a vehicle from this business, and at first they seemed nice and willing to work with me. My truck has had non stop issues left and right. The time came when I wanted to trade in my truck for a vehicle that was more dependable. This was 3 months after I purchased my truck, I had a word with one of the employees on a topic that I would have to put an additional $500 to get a different vehicle. 5 minutes later he later changed his mind saying that I would need to go through a bank or put down an additional $1,500 for a vehicle as well as giving my truck to them. True scam artist in the flesh, please do not visit underwoood and Collins. The worst of the worst… btw the guy that we had a word with is named Tyler, be careful it’s all smiles up front until you sign those papers.
