A male employee at the door was talking to customers in a very incorrect, disrespectful and confrontational way. Telling them to BACK OFF, BACK OFF, BACK OFF. There is no need to be rude (especially with women) I tried to address the issue with the store manager and she acted like she didn’t care.Since she didn’t seem to care in taken action, I confronted the employee myself letting him know that it is not ok to speak to woman in that manner and if he felt like speaking to a lady that way to try it with me, just to find out He’s not much of a man when facing another man.All this could be avoided with the right employee selection and proper training.

I am a big fan of Michael Kors but I refuse to shop at the San Marcos location from now on. Today on my trip back from San Antonio I decided to stop at this location. The employee at the door locked the door at 5:30 with out saying a word to my friend and I. The sign on the door said they close at 6pm. Due to COVID I didn’t think nothing of it but he literally ignored us and didn’t even open the door to say anything about the store being closed. Until he opened the door to let a customer out but hurried up and closed the door. This isn’t the first time I have not been acknowledged at this store. I will continue to drive to other stores from here on out. Especially to the round rock location.
