The employees are SO rude they don’t say anything to you they just stand there and look at you with a additude.All of the other Murphy’s ask can i help you and ask are you a rewards member.I all ways have to ask can i put my number in .If not i wouldn’t get any points.Thats why i try not to go there.Went back yesterday and i paid for my gas and it wouldn’t pump my gas.So i went to the window and told the cashier and she said O were out of unleaded.I thought she was supposed to give me the next grade for the same price.Im done with this Murphy’s.Where is the mystery shopper??

THIS LOCATION NEVER OPENS ON TIME, THE MANAGER IN THE MORNING WHEN SHE FINALLY GETS HERE SHE MOVES AS SLOW AS SHE POSSIBLY CAN MAKING PEOPLE LATE FOR WORK, SHE ALSO GIVES YOU A LOT OF ATTITUDE EVEN WHEN YOU BEEN WAITING 10 – 15 MINUTES PAST OPENING TIME FOR HER TO START THE PROCESS OF OPENING FOR HER SHIFT( THAT TAKES ANOTHER 10 MINS). Worst customer service ever! Manager always in phone. Continuously says bathroom out of order, for months mind you. Never pleasant with one exception, the young man that works there. Bathroom always works and is unlocked when he works his shift. Get the feeling rest of employees find the customers bothersome. Filed one complaint with headquarters and will file more. May not be a race thing but it is a disrespect and laziness problem.
