I have visited this location several times over the past year. To put it simply, this Firestone has poor service and reflects badly for the company as a whole. Every time I visit, I am told there is a long line in front of me, even when it is 8:30a.m. on a Tuesday morning, when in reality, there is only one other customer in the waiting room. After asking why my vehicle would take 3 plus hours for a simple oil change, the response I received from the desk technician was that there is only one mechanic on shift. This seems to be a reoccurring experience every time I get preventative maintenance done on my vehicle.

Brought my car in so they could check on a loose spoiler on the back of my car. Got the car back a few days later and they lost the entire spoiler. Manager was not available for several days after the incident, and I did not get my part back for almost three weeks after.

I called to asked if they take walkings with the same day service for alignment and the person who answered the phone said yes. I went the next day and they refused provide the service and want to schedule me for 3 days later. I called to save time and don’t have to drive for an hour to get the service. They make me waste my time. I hate this.
