Delivering food to the 4th floor & the lady at the front desk on the 1st floor has no respect or care for people! She didn’t help me at all to figure out where i needed to go just demanded that i leave!! Horrible customer service, so glad I was just popping in and didn’t actually need her for something! Time for new receptionist 🙂

The lady answering the phone needs a refresher on phone etiquette. Had a nice conversation and then I said good bye but she just hung up on me. I called back to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, had a nice quick chat, I said good bye and she hung up again without saying good bye.
