I’m really disappointed with the sale representative and their supervisors in Laredo. They tend to contradict each other and they are not able to provide a reliable response in a order that has been placed and paid for. I strongly don’t recommend them and don’t trust them at all. Its really upsetting that after they made the error they say that you are the one that doesn’t understand. I had never wrote a review but I had too, so that no one experience what I went through. They are nice when you are in the process of purchasing but then their customers service changes completely to a negative one.

Managers here in general are extremely uneducated, (talked to guy named Sam), if you’re looking for TV’s or Computers you’ll have a much better experience at bestbuy. This place is ran by the rejects unskilled sales man, will not recommend at all.
