Best buy is the worst. Bought a piece of exercise equipment and confirmed the delivery address 3 times with the sales associate. Even checked that it was correct on the electronic pad. Now…Best buy is headed to the wrong house and there is no way to even get in touch with the delivery driver. Super frustrating and just another issue in the many we’ve had with best buy.

Store was super clean and everyone was wearing a mask. The employees were friendly and helpful without being overly pushy.
