My fiance and I are brand new buyers and we came to Big Spring Ford to see if there would be a possibility of getting a new car with even brand new credit, and with the help of Corey Potter, our salesperson, he worked to make it happen. He helped us find a car that fit our wants and needs then worked through the paperwork and into financing and made the process so easy. As a birthday gift to herself Mom was looking to trade up her Ford escape from 2019 to 2020 when we went to Bog Spring Ford but she didn’t even get close to what she wanted…. she got so much more! The service was great. Dale was a very nice gentleman that made it plain and simple to see he was all about making the customer happy and when is job was finished he passed mom off to Kimber (who just loves mom on account of she had already sold her a Ford in the past). It was Kimber’s job to introduce mom to her Brand new 2021 Ford Explorer XLT!!! Mom is so adorably proud of her new baby!I only have one ….We weren’t able to get a big spring Ford accessories package yesterday….However we r supposed to go get it today….
