Ordered an item online for store pick up. After receiving my email that it was ready I went to pick it up. After talking to an employee, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order. Make sure you have a lot of free time. I think it would have been faster to shop in person.

I made a order online and got it shipped , when I opened my package the security tag was still on it ?? Like what? how do you forget to take a hug security tag off . Makes no sense whatsoever I have work the next couple of days and there’s no way I’m gonna have time to take It IN store to get it off. Horrible. Most likely won’t have it off in time for Christmas.
