I’ve been to galleria and northpark location. But they were very short on sales associate. But here in legacy west location, i had best service. Gregory was my SA, he’s the best SA. I bought 3 bags from him and he showed me a lot of different variations. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

Truly one of the best shopping experiences me and my family have ever had. We just came in to see the new store, and the beautiful place was definitely worth our 30 minute wait! Such a gorgeous store! The entire staff was very nice and helpful, although we were just checking things out. Definitely planning to come back to shop. The people commenting negatively on this store must have done something wrong, because truly everyone working here is so kind. Love Gucci! Love the new store!
