Ordered online for a store pickup, wasted an hour of my time going there and standing in line, Speaker was damaged and the box too. And that’s the only one they had in stock… so the question is Why do you fulfill an order if your product is damaged? They offered me a 5% discount for a damaged Walnut speaker… Just check your item at Pickup so you won’t have any problems.

Horrible.I could count on both hands how many reps I saw and no one offered assistance while shopping for a tv.Also worth noting there were more security guards roaming than sales reps.Felt like i was in an institution.TWO THUMBS DOWN

I have been to this best buy for geek squad support for my bluetooth earbuds. I had problems with my galaxy buds +. Customer service was a little bit of a wait due to covid. Customer rep was easy to talk to and he helped me within minutes.I recommend people buying products at best buy to get their protection plan. I dropped mine in the toilet and they were able to replace it for me.
