Online their hours show they close at 6pm. I walk in at 5:03pm to a lady counting cash and not saying a word. I say hello and ask about ordering and she says they’re closed. I inform her that their hours online say open until 6pm – she replies No and just stares at me. I took it as get the F out and I left.

I love this place!!! The food is always great, service is quick, friendly, and inexpensive. I usually get a stew, rice and peas, a side and plantains. Today I noticed they had an oxtail stew available and man, I have not been this excited to eat in a while! I have been wanting to get away from Jamaican oxtails because the ones in the area are decent at best. The green beans are so good too. Needless to say the meal was exceptional.
