The car I purchased was as described, a few minor things wrong (speakers) that can easily be fixed. I was able to test drive and noticed before buying so it isn’t a problem. There was a crack in the windshield so they cut the price down a little so I was able to fix that as well. The staff and promotor were very friendly, would completely recommend this place to a friend.

Horrible Customer Service! Must be dying for sales. Because the Sales person whom I messaged with yesterday and today Friday around 11:51noon lied! I asked about a Yaris and if she had other Toyotas available she said yes..She could have easily told me that the car was already sold when She texted me today to ask me if I was still coming to see the car. I said I was coming and would be there hopefully by 5pm today. She says okay see u then .. I drive 30 mins to get to the dealership car lot by that time– I arrived at 3:35pm and the guy behind desk tells she is not available when I asked about the car he tells me the car was sold yesterday. ….I was like WHAT! ARE you serious? He said yes it was sold yesterday.. so even from yesterdays late messages and today when she reached out to me NOT ONCE did she mention the car was already sold and there was no other small hatchback toyotas WHAT KINDA customer service is that? How the heck you gonna sell a car your advertising and NOT have the courtesy to at least tell the potential buyer it was sold prior to arriving. She had plenty of time from yesterday when it was sold till today’s messages of being advised what time I would be arriving to see the car.Waste of time and gas! Very upset will never buy anything from them. Good luck if u decide to Ramona hope u get paybacks one day. Your Really bad person Sales person to do this to someone
