Went in to get some work done on a handgun. In and out in less than 15 minutes like they said. I think Steven was the gunsmith that did the work. Super friendly guy that knew what he was doing. As others have said, great customer service. I was approached multiple times in < 10 minutes asking if I needed help. Hopefully they have more in stock in the future -- would be glad to give them more business.

I have gone into Dury’s Guns on multiple occasions dating back to when they were at the Hot Wells location. Every time I’m there I‘m made to feel like I am bothering whichever salesmen I’m communicating with. They are extremely short and you can just tell they don’t want to be talking. Take your business elsewhere I’m sure there are plenty of other establishments that value their customers.
