Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Purchased mirrored lens Ray Bans less than 2 months ago and the mirror is literally rubbing off just with wiping the lense with a cloth. The manager, Irma, said since it’s never happened before it isn’t a defect. I’m not 100% sure she even knows what defect means.
