The people who work here are friendly. It’s a cool looking store. My appointment was 9am, but they didn’t unlock the door until nearly 9. Then I had to wait for computers …

Great people and atmosphere! Dr. Brownlee is amazing! Down to earth, explained my questions and concerns clearly. Tiffany was amazing! Lots of laughs and made me feel good about trying on glasses. All the girls up front welcoming and smiling. Left the office laughing and smiling.

Recently purchased my second pair of frames and lenses, but noticed small iridescent logos in the lens glass. I live a block away, so after calling and explaining, I walked over to show the ladies at the front desk — who promptly suggested that it was normal to have shiny embedded logos randomly positioned in my lenses. I’ve worn dozens of pairs of glasses over the last 20 years and have never seen branded lenses in prescription glasses. I assumed they might be axis reference marks that weren’t removed, but the logo is embedded in the coating. Regardless, after spending a few hundred dollars, I can’t stand to wear them and ordered several pairs online for a third of the price. It’s a shame because this store offers such unique frames, but can’t persist with such high prices and incongruently terrible customer service.
