Be very careful when purchasing from this location. They added additional, unauthorized, Hotspot on my bill and failed to remove the insurance from my trade-in. The insurance could have been an easy mistake. But the unauthorized addition to my account is unforgivable and borderline fraud. Luckily, the customer service rep I talked to by dialing 611 was able to catch it and fix it for me. Not the way you treat a 10+ year customer. My recommendation to everyone, CHECK YOUR BILL!!!

My drivers license was expired so they couldn’t do anything to access my acct. Chatting was the last thing you wanted to that day. You all gave me the short speech about nothing else could be done and seemed like you wanted to get rid of me. Till now im still experiencing issues with my phone having flickering green color & lag on video calls.
