It was super packed, but we got our order in a reasonable amount of time! I had asked for ranch with my chicken but got gravy instead. I had asked again but still hadn’t gotten anything for a while. I totally understand if they forgot, because it was really busy. At that point I had asked twice. I got off and asked a manager that was passing by. I have literally never gotten faster service in my life. She literally RAN! In. The. Rain. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a coupon. Whoever you are, I appreciate you! Thank you for being so quick and kind.<3

Ordered medium cheese fries with grilled onions and jalapeños. They used old fries soaked in grease, only one slice of cheese instead of a slice and a half, and only 4 slices of jalapeños and the onions were nearly non existent. Very poor considering sonics usual high standards and $4+ cost. I was not left satisfied, at all.
