Jacoby and his associates in the refrigerator section were less than helpful. They were not eager to look up specs and availability on the items I was interested in. My wife and I ended up buying our refrigerator from a local competitor. When I let Jacoby know I had gone elsewhere he said “good for you”. I did buy a lock set for my garage and those guys were great. I shop here often and will return but this experience was not great.

Best customer service we received yesterday from appliances department. Went in late with a very tired toddler and the lady helping us purchase a refrigerator was so patient and friendly. Clean and organized store, easy to find what you looking for and if you can’t find what you’re looking for the staff is happy to assist you. We will be back and definitely recommend this place.UPDATE: 03/31/2019We have been back maybe twice every other week. We purchased all our appliances and blinds for 18 windows for our new home. Maureen helped us pick up a door and was supper nice and pleasant to work with. I cannot even begin to explain how excellent the customer service is here. So far this is my best home improvement store.UPDATE: 06/22/2018Currently in the the store looking for paint and again Maureen was working in the paint department today. She is so phenomenal at what she does, she provides the best customer service ever. She is so patient and very helpful without feeling like you’re bothering her. We love this Home Depot so much because of the customer service we receive from the employees here, highly recommend this store.

From Seattle, Washington to Waco, Texas…Home Depot is my first and best choice for home improvements. Yesterday, at the Waco store four kind associates helped me. One fellow lifted a heavy container into my cart, another fellow helped me find a specific nail, another made me a paint sample and the lady at the check out was very kind. It is how they treat people with respect, kindness and always helpful. Home Depot is the best choice for all my home improvements. Since March, 2017 I have been remodeling and all my building supplies come from Home Depot.
