Customer service is terrible waited an hour at Menlo Park Mall h&m for 1 hour while they tried to get in contact someone at this mall for a store exclusive item. I stood at the register while the girl in Menlo was on the phone and told them the exact color and size that I need it. They confirm that they had the pants the girl asked them twice if it was the correct color and they confirmed at the jersey gardens store that they had the pants and put them on hold. I went to jersey gardens mall even though it was out of the way for them to not have the color pants i had requested and they put a different color on. Then they tried to tell me that the h&m in Menlo told them that color which was false because I was standing there and heard her confirm the color. Ridiculous.
