This store was out of a lot of items I wanted and one must scan their own items at the checkout. No registers were open that were supposed to be staffed by associates. I’ve never heard of anything like that before and after shopping for 1 1/2 hours, I wasn’t in the mood to self-checkout. And if you have an out of state driver’s license, pray the Customer Service Manager knows how to enter the information into their system when you write a check. This process took an additional 15 minutes before the Supervisor was called and did it.

Most everyone had on mask so we could breath the fresh out without a mask . The place was clean, items on the shelf nicely and the young lady at terminal SC011333 09/18/20 @ 11:48 a.m. She smiled and greeted us, she moved our items along quickly and accurately. We made a lite conversation about how long she had been there. She bagged our items and made sure we received everything spinning the bag holder around.We use to live in Midland TX back in 2007-2012. It was like a Simi-Ghost town but Now 2020 it has food joints on every exit. And the H.E.B. is Huge like a Wal-Mart. There are new Apartments going up all over. My apologies … this is about Wal-Mart.. Job worker, I think her name started with an M, black hair to her neck, heavy set frame and a big smile.

It’s 11:41am and not a single cashier. Pathetic.Dear Walmart, very inconsiderate to make people check themselves out with $300.00 worth of stuff.Before you say you should’ve order online, how about you stop making excuses. My stuff would’ve have been delivered a week later and no curbside available.Not shopping here again. At least not for a purchase over $20.00
