I used Jim Burke to repair my car after a collision and they didn’t honor the “lifetime” warranty at all. When I had issues with parts I know they had to repair or replace they said the problem was normal wear and tear and not related to the repair. Why offer a warranty if you’re not going to honor it. As usual when dealing with men, they’re dismissive because I’m a female and even more so because I’m a black female. Down right unprofessional causing me to spend unnecessary money to repair their f@!& up!
