I am incredibly thankful for the wonderful service the staff have provided me at the Trek Bicycle Store of Anchorage. Last week, I went in looking to purchase my very first road bike. I met Bill, the store’s owner, who helped guide me through the entire process. Bill was thoroughly helpful, friendly, and gave detailed answers to all of my questions. I walked out that day an exceedingly happy man and more enlightened cyclist with a lovely brand new bike. I have had an absolutely terrific experience with the Trek Bicycle Store, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone else out there who is just getting into the amazing world of cycling.

Big thumbs up for the Trek Bike Shop in Anchorage, AK. I got my first full suspension trail bike there 5 years ago and they have always been totally supportive in showing me how to take great care of it and in doing the maintenance when I needed them to, with fair pricing and good service. We rented 6 full-mountain bikes there a few summers ago for a daughters wedding party, when no one else in town had any. And they are good community supporters with local biking events, races and clinics. They just came through last week with some Garmin Edge accessories that I couldn’t find anywhere else in town. They come through in many ways. Highly recommend them.
