They were really busy when I arrived yet they still greeted me. Amanda helped me with adding two lines and Honestly both ladies working today were very sweet and helpful. Idk about the negative comments cause their customer service has always been great

I live in Huey town and will drive to this store because of how good they are. If anyone complains about this store it’s them not the store lol. Each and every time I go in there it’s a young lady in there who goes above and beyond. Her name is Jasmine I believe. That’s from being a customer to sitting while waiting watching her help others. They are always friendly and even when busy they can only do so much at a time. Great store. Great at atmosphere.

When I was a T mobile customer I never had any issues with this store. Always good with everything. I made an appt for today through T Mobile for this store and arrive to find it closed. Called several times with no answer. I called T Mobile and they said it was open except when they called no one would answer. The note on the door just says they’re closed to help with social distancing. When you look them up it says they’re open, corporate thinks their open. Someone obviously didn’t communicate with HQ to make sure people know they are closed for an indefinite about of time.
