I would not recommend this facility. I purchased a lifetime alignment and tires, at another Firestone. Wanted to get truck re-aligned. I called Port Lavaca Firestone, greeted rudely by elderly gentleman and told I would probably need frontend work. It should be noted, truck was not on site. After several attempts at scheduling an appointment for an alignment, while ignoring his rudeness. I finally, just gave up and scheduled an appointment with a Firestone in Victoria.I should have read some of the reviews prior. It seems, the gentleman has the reputation. Anyhow, I wish the owner luck with his business. As for me, I’ll be going to Victoria Firestone.

What great experience, considering i was preparing for the worst. Car began to make a horrific noise coming through Point Comfort. I pulled over and goggled for help.The man answering the phone said come on, we’ll be here. I was in and out in less than an hour, just a rock in my wheel area So i decided to get tires rotated and oil change while it was on the rack. Absolutely great customer service.
