I bought a brand new phone, and it randomly doesn’t work right, for ex.. it will go into airplane mode by itself, texts won’t come thru or send unless I restart the phone and the volume turns off by itself so I don’t hear my calls. The store told me they couldn’t help me unless I could replicate the problem. I asked how I was suppose to do that when it happens randomly. I even showed them text conversations.that clearly show and even state that I wasn’t receiving texts and then they all of a sudden all showed up at once. I told them it’s not even possible to send all these texts in one minute, but that wasn’t good enough. I just spent hundreds of dollars on the phone, it’s still under manufacturers warranty, and they refused to help me. I will be switching phone carriers immediately.
