Most of the staff is very friendly and they usually have a good variety of sizes in gauged ear jewelry (the only purpose I go there). However… I hadn’t sized up in a long time and needed help figuring out what my next size up was going to be, so an employee measured my jewelry and told me this is your next size and chose some tapers and plugs for me. Turns out that was NOT the correct size and I was not allowed to return them when I went back because of their no return policy on jewelry. Even though it was their mistake. :/
