I emailed Lisle Violin in what felt like a long shot effort to obtain an appraisal for insurance purposes for a violin my parents purchased when I was young. TWENTY-TWO MINUTES later (I checked), Carolyn in customer service replied with the receipt from 1997!! I am so, so happy to have gotten such a prompt and wildly helpful response, and to be able to have my beautiful violin safely insured in my apartment 24 years later! Thank you Carolyn!!
