Midas in Palmer, AK is literally the best. I have been gong there since we moved here in 2007 and I have always had exceptional customer service and excellent work done on the vehicles I’ve had serviced there. They are priced fairly and always explain what they will be doing to the car. I’ve even stopped in over the years with minor (but not minor to me) issues and they have made the time to quickly service the vehicle and send me on my way. I cannot recommend them enough – my whole family takes their vehicles there and we always will! I think what I appreciate most is the customer service – they are always friendly and considerate and that goes a long way in customer satisfaction 🙂
