I walked in inquiring the process, benefits, and features that Verizon offers-compared to the current family plan I had with my previous carrier. I was looking to switch carriers but not pay to much extra for the much more reliable service (cell phone and customer). Javier greeted me and from the get go was very honest and resourceful. He answered all questions that my family and I had, assisted my mother in her myriad of questions and inquiries. When he did not know the answer he was honest, asked for help, or researched it until he found the correct answer and then provided us with it, then his recommendation based off of what would fit our personal needs and desires. He patiently helped my entire family switch from two different carriers, purchase two new phones, two cases, and start a line (& ship the sim card) to my other relative who is out of the country. Javier and the manager worked with us patiently and deliberately for 4 hours and even stayed after they closed to ensure all our concerns were put to rest (they also were never pushy into selling us a product or service that we didn’t want or one that wasn’t practical for us). I recommend this store, speaking with Javier, and the Manager if you are inquiring about switching to Verizon as they are very resourceful and personable. Great work!
