Not recommended.I have visited this company in Pampa, TX to get my hearing aids check and configured about 5 months ago. They didn’t have the software to do it and had to order it. so far, to date (6 months) and after several calls to see if they had the software yet, they won’t return my call. I even called their Amarillo office and no one seems to know whats going on or even care about helping you.After calling the manufacture of my hearing aids and explaining the issue I was having with Livingston they provided an alternative. They suggested I go to Ormson in Amarillo.
