The WORST experience I have ever had with an agency! This has now been ongoing for over 2 months. Hours on the phone, multiple agents, being told different things by different agents and the result is that now I have a 3rd NON PAYMENT when they took the money over a month ago! Absolutely insane. Now on the phone again for hopefully the last time to get this handled. & hopefully I get to talk to that supervisor that I have requested to talk to each time and been denied. Absolutely not the way this should be handled. Thankfully all calls are recorded. Make sure to ask them to pull the call if you have had issues that is the ONLY thing that has your back, becuase the agents and NTTA do not.I was just hung up on by them after asking to talk to a supervisor. This is going great.

Dread coming here, but must say their customer service is great and have a very well organized set up! No surprise really… I too would be very efficient, when collecting loads of your money for toll violations! Ouch! its insane!!!

I’m glad they have a system in place because of the o going COVID-19 pandemic – masks are required, and social distancing. They also clean the counters after every customer! Thank you for considering the safety of your customers.
