There was a young lady in the store that was rude dismissive and made me fee completely uncomfortable purchasing items. At one point she was just staring at me and I said hi she said hi back in a really derogatory tone! This other cashier came and I asked what was the problem with the lady because it was so obviously and I told her I didn’t fee comfortable in the store after all I had heard so much about it and my daughter and I were looking forward to enjoying our experience. She replied she’s just like that… that’s just her! I’m a people person I do things expecting a certain experience and when shopping some level of professionalism! After a while the young lady warmed up and stopped looking at us like… I honestly don’t know how to describe it! I took it personal I was like surely it’s not because I’m black? Anywho that was my experience and the young lady was a white lady who was rude the one who wasn’t was another young black lady. I spent 35 dollars in there! My family loves the treats! I chalked it up to her having some personal issue! This was around 4/20

Friendly and helpful staff at this store. Their store is neat and clean with shelves full of delicious breads and cakes. After the March 19, 2018 tornado that brought such destruction to the Jacksonville area and surrounding communities they sent a bread truck full of bread. This helped feed so many people! Thank you!!!!!
