I was holding up my phone at the golf range to make golf pro Mike C. think I might capture him on camera. He had made me uncomfortable before by focusing on me when I practiced and possibly filming me. Onlookers wrongly assumed I was filming children practicing golf. I was accused of this in front of other golfers by golf pro Nick M. The accusation was incredibly offensive and I was yelled at and dismissed out of hand when I appealed to manager Bob M. I considered a court action but my complaint’s not severe enough. I wrote the Parks Commissioner and hope it had an impact. I was a loyal customer of Lucas Golf Center for 2 years but will never return.

I love coming to this range, all the staff is always very nice and helpful and I have to stay they are handling Covid protocols very well. Glad to see a business taking public health seriously
