I’m sitting in the drive-thru for an RX pickup as I write this. I saw another reviewer say it takes 30-40 min to service a single person. It’s true. I can’t believe it. STAY AWAY from here if you want to stay sane. I will be transferring my RX to a CVS further away from my house.Edit: I went inside and it took 2 min. Bumping up to 2 stars. They had 3 people working pharmacy. I suspect COVID testing was the hold up. Still a major inconvenience and an incredibly inefficient use of employees. They definitely need to work on their logistics — at the very least put up a prominent sign that warns the 2nd and 3rd cars in line of possible delays due to testing and direct those waiting inside. No issues like this at any other CVS drive thru I’ve been to in the past month.
