Abhorrent customer service.I am absolutely horrified at the way I was treated regarding an order for delivery. After taking my money and assuring me that my order (specialized food for our animals) would be delivered on time, the associate, Megan, became verbally abusive, shouting (literally–my parents were in the other room and they heard this) at me about how my order wasn’t going to be delivered after all, and how I was not going to be reimbursed for the order. Then they told me that I could call the North Side location (me, not them). Honestly, I know that things happen, and that supplies across the country are in a state of flux, but this review is a reflection of the callous, unprofessional way that I was treated. IS THERE NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE?BTW, I’m also part of their Neighbor Rewards Club. Can’t imagine how they’d treat just any random customer.
