AT&T store Odessa Texas mall is nice, but the representatives are not professionally dressed. They are not bright and cheery but very nice people. They also seem to be less than optimum when it comes to communicating with customers. Ordering AT&T TV was laborious, in great part due to very slow Store computer using the AT&T website.Acquiring new phones took a great deal of time.Adding AT&T TV really took a great deal of time and did not clearly help us understand what it entailed. Had we known that the majority of channels are NOT in HD we would’ve considered not getting the service!

Absolutely the worst. I’ve visited a few times and each time the experience is not good. ATT in general is the worst at customer service.
