Yesterday I came up to the 98th location to shop the sale that you guys were having. In doing so I saw a beautiful young woman and younger man trying to set up the booth outside. I volunteered to help. I had no intentions other than to just try and be helpful. In return you guys blessed me abundantly!I just wanted to say thank y’all for what you guys did for me. It was amazing! When I left the store I felt on top of the world because of the amazing staff working there. You guys are amazing! That beautiful young woman and younger man working the outside booth was extremely helpful and defiantly made my day! They were beyond amazing!Again thank y’all so much!

Worst experience ever. I ordered shirts when Tech made it to the final four. I was told Wednesday after they were ordered they would be shipped the following day (Thursday). Then Thursday I did not receive an email or Friday. So beginning Friday before closing I began calling, messaging on website, and finally messaged on facebook to no avail. That evening I was contacted through the messenger on facebook by the person who said they were the CEO. They explained that under armor did not fulfill their order so it put them in a bind. I said I can understand that but I cannot understand the lack of communicating that. He said I understand let me check on your order. I gave my order number and then silence, no response. Still no response on Saturday all morning so I began again trying to call and message on the website and facebook as well. Finally, after noon on Saturday I was sent a message saying they were busy and that they overnighted my order. I again did not receive an email until Sunday afternoon. It is now Monday afternoon and my order is still in pre-shipment. So it had not in fact been shipped. I completely understand (would still be disappointed) but understand that they were overwhelmed with orders however, I cannot understand being lied to, ignored, and not communicated with which are within the control of the company. I just hope I receive my order sometime in the next month at this point. Horrible experience and will be telling all my Red Raider family and friends to stay away from The Matador.
