My husband and my brother in-law went to this store for the first time looking for a lawnmower zero turn belt. They made three trips to the store including bringing in the machine’s serial number, and were still given the wrong belt. What made matters worse, they were never given a receipt, and never got their full reimbursement for the items they returned. The cashier was as incompetent as can be, and when I called to speak to the manager, he was bothered.How do you run a business without accountability of what your employees do and how they treat your customers???
