I went to the discount tire store by Parkdale Mall two days ago. I had an associate help me out and try to sell me TWO tires when I only needed one. He proceeded to tell me that the warranty I had would not cover my tires and that I had to pay full cost out of pocket, so I left and came to this location on Stagg today. The associates were super friendly from the start. I told the associate the same thing that I told the other guy and without missing a beat he told me that my warranty WOULD in fact cover the replacement of my tire. Steer clear of the associates from parkdale mall, they’re only trying to take your money. To Stagg location, Awesome service!! Highly recommend this place. To the associates, thank you so much. So today I decided that today was the day that I was going to go and get myself new tires and rims for my car. I am spending a lot of time going between Lake Charles Louisiana and Beaumont Texas where my husband is so I decided that I was going to go on and take care of this today. I have been researching tires for the last week to decide exactly what I wanted. I decided to go to Discount Tire here in Beaumont Texas on Stagg Drive across from the HEB and the Jason’s Deli. Once I got there the parking lot was full, there were people everywhere and the Stalls where the cars were being worked on we’re all busy. I ordered my rims and tires on yesterday and they said that they would be ready on today so I decided to go on in and let them put my new tires and my new rims on the car today. I drove up and everyone was so nice. This nice gentlemen standing in the parking lot to greet everyone was very nice he asked me what was I having done today. I told him I was getting wheels and tires put on my vehicle. He notified me that they were kind of busy so it’s going to probably take a little while for them to get to me, but I told him that that was okay I came prepared to wait so I was totally fine with that. Once he got my information i headed inside and sat down. I was only seated a few minutes when the nice guy at the counter I think his name is Alex asked me to approach the counter and asked me what was i having done today. I explained to him that I was there to get tires and rims placed on my vehicle he went over my order once done I returned to my seat. I was there about two and half maybe three hours. They were so busy, but they got me fixed up and the tires and rims are NICE. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at Discount Tire located at 3655 Stagg Drive Beaumont Texas. If you need tires this is definitely the place to go.

Yesterday morning, I had to make a long drive and I needed two new tires. I made an appointment at Discount Tire on Stagg Drive in Beaumont for 12 pm. When I walked in at 11:45, Sergio greeted me professionally and prompt. It took them FOURTEEN minutes to change both tires for a really good price. The week before, I had to get one tire at a completely different company and it took 4 hours! Thank you to the Discount Tire front desk service as well as the skilled and efficient mechanics.
