Employee Josue was extremely rude. We had kohl’s cash and a memorial day coupon and before he even took the time to see they were different, he started raising his voice saying we couldn’t combine them and that coupons were one per person. There was four of us and we were only using one coupon. Another cashier came over and clarified that we indeed could use the coupon with the kohl’s cash, but he had already upset our family and didn’t even bother apologizing. His attitude was terrible. He was arguing even when he was mistaken. He needs better training to learn the difference between kohl’s cash and coupons and if he can’t control his attitude, he should not be in customer service.
