You can’t learn everything online, and Leighton did a great job filling in the gaps.In fact, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.5 stars is extraordinary, because I’m generally not a fan of this retail model (or an consumer electronics store model, to be fair). But whoever is managing this particular location is doing a great job finding and motivating people.One thing I don’t understand, though . . . the place is picked clean. I mean shelves and racks are nearly bare. Is BB moving to an online model?
