the drinks actually tasted really good. I really enjoyed it a lot. The customer service is also good and the place is really aesthetic. Good for ig pictures. I think one think they lack is that they take a long time to prepare the drinks.

Nice place, great for taking pictures, it was really cute. I loved the cake that i got (can’t quite remember the name of it ) I ordered a brown sugar bobo milk tea and since it’s my first time trying it I didn’t know what to expect but it tasted really good. Only downside to it was that it was cold which i think would make it better if it was served warm, was good nonetheless. The bathroom was dirty though, otherwise from that I enjoyed this place .

The drinks & decor was great. I enjoyed that thoroughly. However my experience was significantly reduced when my friend & I tried to take pictures on the hot air balloon cushion in the main floor. Two rude African American ladies were hogging it, weren’t even customers & just kept taking pictures. It lasted for more than 10 minutes & one of them went to change their outfit & even started walking around in a bra. It was so indecent. The staff did not do anything about it. While their drinks are delicious, their customer service and attentiveness leaves much to be desired. If they improved this, my rating would be higher.
